Location: Design and Service Center - White Marsh - Baltimore, MD, United States

Base pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Complete administrative and clerical tasks supporting jewelry intake and tracking.
• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking purposes.
• Learn jewelry repair fundamentals, beginning with polishing and quality control.
• Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through the company’s development program.
• Support a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, organization, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair and design is preferred but not required; varying hours include nights, weekends, and seasonal overtime.
