Salary: $134,900–$202,300 USD per year, with potential bonus eligibility

What you will do
- Own and execute recurring Strategic Portfolio Management operational processes for planning, reviews, resource management, and reporting.
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and maintain portfolio information across stakeholders and source systems.
- Manage resource estimates, resource actuals, PMA operational support, portfolio cost reporting, and Time Editor processes.
- Produce accurate, timely, decision-ready portfolio reports and operational deliverables.
- Develop controls, documentation, templates, checklists, work instructions, and training materials.
- Identify process gaps and root causes, resolve exceptions, and implement improvements with Portfolio Enablement and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in portfolio operations, business operations, operational reporting, business analysis, or a related function.
- Ability to independently manage recurring processes, identify risks and data gaps, and drive issues through resolution.
- Strong business and data acumen, reporting skills, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Jira, ServiceNow, OnePlan, Power Apps, or similar platforms.

- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, technology, or software industry.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, resource management, financial, reporting, or operational processes within a complex organization.
