Nurse Practitioner- Evernorth- Arlington County

Location: Clinic - Arlington County - 11th Street, Virginia, United States

Annual salary: $106,300–$177,100, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Provide primary care, low-acuity urgent care, and extended episodic care in a workplace-based clinic.
• Educate and co-manage patients with chronic conditions when the clinic is not their primary care provider.
• Oversee CLIA-waived testing, prescription medication dispensing, and specimen collection laboratory activities.
• Conduct biometric screenings, health and wellness education, and one-on-one health coaching.
• Support travel medicine recommendations, immunizations, and allergen immunotherapy when appropriately trained.
• Collaborate with medical staff and local HR and Benefits teams to improve employee health and connect patients with wellness programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of a certified nurse practitioner program with an active, unrestricted state NP license.
• At least 2 years of independent nurse practitioner experience in internal medicine or family practice.
• Ability to practice independently, maintain DEA licensure and prescriptive authority, and obtain additional state licenses if required.
• Strong primary care experience, including women's health, and current BLS certification.
• Electronic health record experience and the ability to work clinic hours.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-service, time-management, attendance, and patient-education skills.

• EPIC experience.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• Direct or indirect supervisory experience.
