What you will do
- Prepare and file visa applications under attorney supervision.
- Compile and analyze immigration case facts.
- Draft client and case-related correspondence.
- Maintain and organize client documentation.
- Communicate directly with multiple attorneys.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 2+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience.
- Knowledge of NIV processes.
- Strong writing, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently toward team goals.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
