Performance Fitter - Inland Empire/Los Angeles, CA (Golf)

Location: Field-based role in the United States, assigned to the Inland Empire/Los Angeles, California territory. Frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories, events, and trade shows are required.

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour. Listed compensation range: $16.50–$20.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience from setup through event close.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, wind blades, and table skirts according to company protocols.
• Conduct customer fittings using launch monitors, the Callaway fitting protocol, and other provided tools.
• Explain hirify.global and Odyssey product features, advantages, and benefits to consumers.
• Use the Odyssey Fits Tool, apply selling techniques, and provide personalized product specifications.
• Maintain fit-cart inventory and communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned to the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, written communication, leadership, and professionalism.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, distinguish features and benefits, and present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season; typical event days are 5–6 hours on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch-monitor experience.
• Retail golf or golf-shop selling experience.
• Understanding of green-grass or off-course golf retail.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
