Location: Kuan Yin, Taiwan. Additional locations: Shanghai, China, and Seoul, South Korea.

is hiring a global leader for its AdTech business serving the semiconductor industry.
What you will do
- Lead the global AdTech business with accountability for growth, profitability, business expansion, and business model changes.
- Evaluate M&A opportunities and establish or upgrade production bases in Taiwan, Korea, or the US.
- Lead global sales and marketing across APAC, the US, and EMEA, including pricing, contract terms, account prioritization, and customer growth.
- Align chemical product development with semiconductor customer node requirements in partnership with R&D.
- Optimize cost, quality, supply resilience, and cross-regional collaboration across supply chain, manufacturing, and joint venture operations.
- Lead senior commercial and R&D leaders while building an accountable, high-ownership culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including strong knowledge of chemical applications in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience across at least two functions, such as commercial leadership, supply chain, joint venture operations, manufacturing, production, or R&D.
- 10+ years of people leadership experience, including management of managers.
- Experience leading businesses or teams across APAC and the US, with an established global semiconductor ecosystem network.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin or Korean is preferred depending on the base location.
