What you will do
- Partner with senior business and site leaders on workforce priorities, organization design, talent, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, workforce planning, and HR transformation efforts.
- Guide employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, terminations, and labor relations.
- Lead or support works council consultations and employee representative interactions.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, retention strategies, performance management, and leadership coaching.
- Use HR data, workforce analytics, and structured processes to improve decision-making and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HRBP experience in France.
- Proven French employee relations and labor relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of French employment law and works council processes.
- Fluency in French and strong business English.
- Experience leading organizational change and talent processes.
- Strong execution, business acumen, analytics, coaching, influencing, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, life sciences, or another industrial environment.
