Agriculture Center Manager

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's main campus in Stephenville, Texas. Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with possible evening, weekend, or holiday work.

Salary: $49,000–$68,330.50 annual base salary, commensurate with experience and subject to funding availability.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of agriculture center facilities, land resources, equipment, and livestock operations.
• Supervise agriculture center staff and student workers, including hiring, scheduling, performance-related recommendations, and timesheet processing.
• Manage purchases, expenditures, inventories, accounting records, and livestock sales and income.
• Coordinate repairs, alterations, facility preparations, judging contests, workshops, special courses, and other events.
• Provide agriculture center resources for faculty-led teaching, laboratory sections, field exercises, and research activities.
• Maintain animal-use protocols, compliance records, assessments, and serve as a Campus Security Authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience in agricultural production and supervision.
• Knowledge of agricultural enterprises and operations at an agriculture center or similar facility.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Employment is subject to a criminal history investigation and credential verification.

• Master of Science degree.
