Business Integration Analyst - Boomi API

Salary: $84,500–$108,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop and revise technical integrations based on customer change requests.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for application developers.
• Read business requirements and configure the Boomi integration platform and APIs.
• Perform root cause analysis for moderate problems and propose solutions.
• Create specifications, process maps, mockups, test cases, and other agile SDLC artifacts.
• Identify application, platform, and business process improvements and communicate them to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working with business customers and application developers.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Boomi APIs, including GET and POST.
• Experience with ERP systems; JDE EnterpriseOne is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Atlassian.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, documentation, and planning skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS business applications.
• Experience with supply chain, finance, or e-commerce integration projects.
• Adaptability when priorities and tasks change.
