VP Procurement - Technology and Digital

Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate

Salary: $176,000–$264,000 per year, plus eligibility for short-term and long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary procurement partner to the CIO, CDO, and senior technology executives.
• Translate technology roadmaps into multi-year category strategies, sourcing plans, and vendor ecosystem decisions.
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations and commercial governance across software, cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, data, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Define supplier lifecycle strategies, strategic partner models, joint business planning, and executive-level vendor governance.
• Manage total cost of ownership, supplier concentration, operational and third-party risk, contractual protections, and exit readiness.
• Lead and develop a high-performing technology procurement team while modernizing procurement operating models.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Proven experience partnering with CIOs, CDOs, and senior IT leaders at the enterprise level.
• Deep understanding of modern technology ecosystems, cloud platforms, AI, and digital transformation.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to align IT, Finance, Legal, Risk, Privacy, and Information Security stakeholders.
