Sr. (Lead) HR Business Partner I (II) (Human Resources): Providing strategic HR partnership and daily general HR support for defined client groups with an accent on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, organizational development, and compensation and benefits. Focus on coaching leaders and employees, resolving workplace concerns, supporting organizational change, and executing company-wide HR initiatives.

What you will do
- Act as the HR single point of contact and strategic business partner for defined client groups.
- Consult with management on business, performance, employee relations, and behavioral issues.
- Partner with People Services and Total Rewards teams on HR functions, compensation, and benefits.
- Support recruiting, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and change interventions.
- Coach employees, managers, and leaders; explain HR policies and mediate workplace differences.
- Lead assigned department and company-wide projects, including employee surveys and intern programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in at least two areas including leadership development, human resources, internal consulting, employee relations, or recruiting.
- Experience working as a strategic HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with competency-based assessment and selection and supporting diverse business lines.
- Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail and solve complex problems.
- Experience in at least one specialty such as organizational development, change management, management coaching, communications, employee development, employee relations, or recruiting.
