2027 2L Summer Associate

What you will do

• Conduct legal research projects.
• Draft written discovery requests and responses, motions, legal correspondence, and legal updates.
• Observe and participate in strategic planning for depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Participate in witness interviews and client meetings.
• Complete a wide variety of assignments supporting management-side labor and employment matters.

Requirements

• Be a 2L law student in the class of 2028.
• Rank in the upper 33% of the class or have a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Show leadership, commitment, time management, critical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset through academic and extracurricular experience.
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate interest in pursuing management-side labor and employment law after graduation.
