Laundry Manager (Bulgari Resort Ranfushi)

What you will do

• Manage daily housekeeping, recreation/health club, and laundry shift operations.
• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate room status updates, cleaning assignments, supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Schedule employees, track attendance, supervise staffing levels, and support training.
• Monitor departmental budgets and align operations with property financial goals.
• Address guest concerns, reinforce service standards, and drive continuous improvement in satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related professional area; or a 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience supervising employees, conducting inspections, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Ability to manage schedules, staffing levels, supplies, budgets, and employee performance.
• Ability to respond to guest problems and support exceptional customer service.
