What you will do
- Deliver nursing care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex.
- Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
- Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning, and communicate plans across shifts and care settings.
- Apply clinical decision-making, critical thinking, current evidence, and specialty standards to patient care.
- Promote change, identify improvement opportunities, and support an effective professional practice environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- ASN required with active enrollment in a BSN program and a signed BSN commitment form; BSN preferred.
- Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact Nursing License required.
- Current BLS life support authorization appropriate to the patient population.
- Specialty certification required within six months of eligibility.
