Health & Well-Being Manager MEA (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the Health & Wellbeing strategy and commercially viable proposition across MEA.
• Build structured wellbeing calendars, service models, playbooks, and scalable programmes.
• Own the wellbeing product ecosystem, including digital solutions, EAP services, vendors, RFPs, assessments, and lifecycle management.
• Support Sales and Client Management teams with client advisory, proposals, training, FAQs, and other enablement materials.
• Oversee annual plans, thematic campaigns, multi-channel strategies, and consistent delivery by Wellbeing Coordinators.
• Lead the wellbeing team, establish delivery standards, and coordinate decision-making across internal functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in health and wellbeing strategy, corporate wellbeing, or employee benefits.
• Strong programme design experience beyond event delivery.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a commercial or B2B environment.
• Ability to translate broad concepts into structured, practical frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions and experience managing vendors or external partners.
• Clinical background is preferred.
