What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Generation Attribute Tracking System (GATS).
- Supervise GATS customer hotline staff and coordinate daily assignments.
- Coordinate the design, testing, and implementation of software fixes and enhancements for PJM EIS systems.
- Lead stakeholder meetings with GATS subscribers and state agencies.
- Develop documentation and customer training materials for PJM Environmental Information Services.
- Coordinate outreach, manage relationships with state regulatory personnel, and provide data analysis and reporting for regulatory, customer, and internal requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 0–5 years of experience with SQL and data research.
- Ability to apply economic and statistical theory to complex market problems.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, analytical and mathematical solutions, and complex problem-solving.
- Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail.
- Ability to speak and present publicly.

- Experience with PJM operations, markets, and planning functions.
