Location: In office in Moore, Oklahoma, USA; work may also involve travel to courthouses, municipalities, and other government entities.
Salary: $16.63–$22.18 per hour

What you will do
- Conduct title research and compile search packages of varying complexity.
- Document research findings and investigate records related to escrow and title closings.
- Compile, investigate, and interpret tax records to determine tax liability.
- Process departmental documents, correspondence, and reports from rough drafts.
- Develop knowledge of state practices and title-search requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Internet proficiency and standard Microsoft Office skills.
- Data-entry and typing skills.
- Investigative, research, verbal, and written communication skills.
