Senior Project Manager (Water Infrastructure): Leading the analysis, design, and delivery of stormwater, water, and wastewater infrastructure projects with an accent on project performance, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and client service. Focus on managing complex project lifecycles, overseeing pipelines and pump stations, mentoring engineers, and delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Location: El Paso, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work.

What you will do
- Lead analysis, design, plans, specifications, estimates, and technical reports for engineering and engineering-construction projects.
- Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout.
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, communications, resources, procurement, risk, and delivery performance.
- Build client relationships, provide technical guidance, and support client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and oversight for engineers, analysts, and technical staff while mentoring junior engineers.
- Depending on expertise, manage stormwater projects or water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and utility infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable engineering or applied science field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
- Experience managing complex infrastructure projects and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- For stormwater work: experience with floodplain studies, watershed planning, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and stormwater design.
- For transmission and utilities work: experience with water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, utility infrastructure, technical studies, equipment selection, and construction coordination.
Nice to have
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) certification for stormwater-focused candidates.
- Experience with municipal clients in Texas or the Southwest.
- Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ICPR4, StormCAD, ArcGIS, or AutoCAD.
