Inside Sales Support Representative (IT Services)

Salary: $20.43–$25.91 per hour

What you will do

• Support one or more Executive, Senior Executive, or Presidential Account Managers with day-to-day order fulfillment.
• Provide customer service to Account Managers and customers throughout the fulfillment process.
• Proactively follow up on open orders to minimize problem-order situations.
• Resolve customer issues and support day-to-day transactions.
• Help Account Managers spend more time expanding their business.
