Senior Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor dedicated in Poland

Location: Warsaw, Poland; the role includes travel for clinical site visits and offers home-office flexibility.

Annual base pay: 171,900–375,700 PLN.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support subject recruitment planning and track recruitment progress.
• Evaluate site practices for quality, integrity, and compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Track regulatory submissions, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives.
• Support remote monitoring, study start-up, or therapeutic-area activities depending on the client model.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences or another scientific discipline, or healthcare apprenticeship.
• At least 3 years of on-site monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong experience monitoring clinical trials.
• Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of Polish and English and flexibility to travel.
