TL;DR
Human Resources Manager, Warehouse Operations (HR Operations): Serving as a strategic HR partner for a Dallas distribution center with an accent on labor planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and frontline workforce support. Focus on guiding people leaders, improving engagement and retention, executing onboarding and training, and resolving complex employee and workplace issues in an onsite warehouse environment.

Location: Dallas, Texas; onsite Monday-Friday. Occasional schedule flexibility and travel to other facilities or headquarters may be required.

Salary: $79,300-$116,270 per year.

What you will do

  • Partner with distribution center leadership, management, and talent acquisition on labor and staffing plans for hourly warehouse, transportation, and leadership roles.
  • Advise site leadership on people impacts, change management, communications, and workforce strategy.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and status changes.
  • Coach people leaders on feedback, performance improvement, employee relations, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain compliant HR practices, policies, confidential employee records, benefits support, leave administration, and employment documentation.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives, accident and near-miss investigations, workers' compensation claims, and employment-related legal responses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience and 7 years of total HR or related experience, preferably with an hourly or frontline workforce.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, employment law, and government compliance regulations.
  • Strong judgment, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas, Monday-Friday.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other KeHE facilities or headquarters when required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish, written and verbal.
  • PHR or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in food service, retail, CPG, grocery, or an adjacent industry.
