Location: Plainfield, IN, United States; onsite at the central fill pharmacy facility

Salary: $24.00–$37.00 per hour, plus possible performance-based bonuses and regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated medication counting machines and pill cell systems.
• Fulfill prescriptions by selecting products, verifying medication size and strength, entering lot and expiration data, labeling, weighing, counting, packaging, and distributing medications.
• Track, rotate, replenish, and audit pharmaceutical inventory using scanners and inventory control systems.
• Prepare reports, records, and paperwork supporting productivity, pharmaceutical integrity, regulatory compliance, and inventory accuracy.
• Process recalled, expired, hazardous, and outdated pharmaceuticals in accordance with procedures.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment, claims, returns, stocking, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Meet Indiana state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, including registration, certification, or licensure where required.
• Hold an active national certification from PTCB through PTCE or from NHA through ExCPT.
• Accurately use pharmacy technology, scanners, inventory systems, and automated counting equipment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while meeting daily quality and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
