Clinical Trial Psych Rater - Italian Speaking

Location: Remote/Virtual; Rome, Italy

Annualized base pay: €41,000–€61,400, adjusted for qualifications, location, and part-time schedule.

What you will do

• Complete orientation, training, calibration, and other required activities.
• Review clinical trial case data, documents, and assessment scale items before rater discussions.
• Conduct live discussions with raters and provide guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Support rater performance through functional assessments such as mock interviews.
• Complete assigned interactions and documentation accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field; MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews, including BEHAVE-AD, E-BEHAVE-AD, BEHAVE-AD-FW, NPIC, ADAS-Cog, CGI-S, or C-SSRS.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English are required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in central nervous system clinical trials.
• MD, DO, or PhD qualification.
