Location: Roseau, Minnesota, USA; onsite manufacturing plant role

Salary: $73,000–$96,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide quality engineering support and leadership for ATV assembly operations.
• Lead quality auditors and technicians on assembly quality issues.
• Conduct failure analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and process capability studies.
• Manage internal process quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop quality instructions and procedures for issue containment and process validation.
• Partner with Operations on measurement systems, internal audits, and product transfers.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading hourly employees and guiding technicians in inspection methods.
• Strong process improvement skills, including Kaizen, Six Sigma, Control Plans, and print reading.
• Knowledge of GD&T and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
