Localization Vendor Manager (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture freelance linguists, interpreters, copywriters, voice talents, OCR/DTP specialists, multimedia vendors, and subject-matter experts.
• Build linguistic teams for client accounts in collaboration with Project Managers and Account Leads.
• Maintain and develop the global vendor network and keep vendor database information accurate.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and support the growing data collection network using data-informed decisions.
• Recommend suitable vendors for projects and handle specialized sourcing, negotiations, escalations, and strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Support Sales and Account Management with vendor profiles, market research, pricing, feasibility input, and activity reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment, or a related field; equivalent ambition and ability may be considered.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Right to work in Spain required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, a generalist mindset, attention to detail, technical aptitude, reliability, and initiative.
