Associate Cost Manager

Location: Hybrid working in London and the Thames Valley, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Provide core cost management services across multiple infrastructure and commercial projects.
• Act as the main client liaison and develop client accounts through effective stakeholder management.
• Take responsibility for project delivery, technical performance, customer satisfaction, revenue, costs, and profit.
• Manage regional property and infrastructure budgets, resources, and business plans.
• Promote continuous improvement, intelligence use, best practice, and local quality assurance and health and safety audits.
• Contribute to the development of organisational strategy and maintain current discipline knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
• Strong experience in infrastructure and/or commercial projects.
• Strong technical delivery experience gained in a consultancy or end-user client environment.
• Experience managing stakeholders with a focus on developing client accounts.
• Proactive, client-focused collaboration and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
