Finance Manager

Location: hirify.global Okanagan Campus, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: $8,087.08–$12,117.08 CAD monthly

What you will do

• Oversee financial management across all funds within an assigned portfolio.
• Develop and implement financial controls, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate annual budgets and develop short- and long-range financial plans.
• Lead financial reporting from monthly reconciliation details through management reports.
• Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to portfolio leaders and staff.
• Collaborate with campus finance teams, central university departments, and portfolio stakeholders on planning, projects, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Completion of the CPA accounting program, including CA, CGA, or CMA.
• At least seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong judgment in interpreting financial information, assessing risks, and recommending solutions.

• Ability to work at the hirify.global Okanagan Campus in Kelowna, Canada.
