Sr. Settlement Analyst

What you will do

• Build forward-month nominations and Available for Sale statements for gas marketing.
• Resolve daily questions involving well completion status, ownership, marketing arrangements, and TIK/JOA status.
• Prepare monthly sales variance analyses and explain significant fluctuations for assigned properties.
• Evaluate pricing and deductions, coordinate PRA master data setup, and execute SAP master data updates.
• Process gas and NGL marketing invoices, gathering fees, gas imbalance feeds, GBA terms, and makeup/payback functionality.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue Accounting, Division Order, Production Accounting, Land, and IT on system changes and transaction reconciliation.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in producer oil and gas accounting, data analysis, or oil and gas systems implementation.
• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with large data volumes.
• Business analysis, facilitation, systems implementation, and technical oil and gas accounting skills.
• Understanding of working interest owners, gas contract allocation, and balancing processes.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate with all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, data analysis, information systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Enertia, EMK3, or Quorum.
• Experience with Alteryx and SQL.
