Project Manager (Netcracker)

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.

Salary: $77,100–$118,600 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop, document, maintain, and promote Netcracker best practices, standard operating procedures, and process standards.
• Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution for Netcracker users, including users transitioning from legacy systems.
• Create user guides, training materials, and training sessions for new and existing users.
• Support Power BI network data quality and integrity reports that identify inventory discrepancies for review and correction.
• Act as a data governance steward and improve the quality, consistency, completeness, and accuracy of network inventory records.
• Collaborate with the Network Systems and Automation team to build scalable inventory management processes supporting Network Operations and Change Management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of telecommunications network inventory and circuit technologies, including wavelength, transport, backbone, Ethernet, MPLS, optical, dark fiber, VLANs, IP addresses, and subinterfaces.
• Ability to understand circuit relationships and inventory structures.
• Experience supporting OSS, inventory management, or telecommunications systems.
• Experience developing and delivering end-user training.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Netcracker, Network Manager Telecom, CRM, and other telecommunications operational support systems.
• Experience supporting system migrations, integrations, and inventory transformation initiatives.
• Experience with process documentation, data governance, inventory quality management, and operational support functions.
