Inspection Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Hudson, Massachusetts, United States. First-shift machine shop operation with an 8-hour split shift from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Inspect materials against technical prints before, during, and after production.
• Check substrates and parts for defects and imperfections throughout the production process.
• Clean and pack parts and maintain an orderly work area and equipment.
• Populate the Yield Analysis Board and document inspection findings.
• Use high- and low-powered microscopes, micrometers, and calipers.
• Communicate regularly with machine operators and management, while cross-training on precision finishing machines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity.
• Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, personal ownership, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR regulations, including U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status.
