TL;DR
Junior Legal Counsel (Commercial Contracts/Technology Law): Supporting commercial contracts, legal research, intellectual property, compliance, privacy, and day-to-day legal matters for an international technology services business with an accent on cross-jurisdictional work involving the US and Europe. Focus on drafting and reviewing agreements, preparing legal memoranda, supporting software ownership and licensing matters, and applying generative AI tools.

What you will do
- Draft and review commercial contracts.
- Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe.
- Prepare legal summaries, memoranda, and other internal legal materials.
- Support intellectual property matters involving copyright, trademarks, software ownership, and licensing.
- Handle day-to-day legal requests across the Legal and Compliance function.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law or final-year law studies.
- At least 1 year of relevant legal experience.
- Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Advanced English and Ukrainian.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and willingness to take responsibility for increasingly complex legal matters.
- Experience using generative AI.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of tax, intellectual property, data protection, or technology law.
- Experience with legal technology, contract automation, or AI-assisted tools.
