Senior Analyst, Private Equity Operations (Private Equity): Managing the operational lifecycle of private equity investments from deal approval and execution through IPOs, corporate actions, restrictions, and liquidity events with an accent on legal-document analysis, reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on tracking covenants and position changes, improving workflows and supporting technology, and maintaining accurate investment records across private funds and asset classes.
Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with work from the office 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week.

What you will do
- Execute and manage the private equity deal lifecycle, including deal approval, execution, settlement, IPOs, liquidity exits, and corporate actions.
- Coordinate private transaction activities with issuers, legal counsel, investors, trading, fund services, valuations, and back-office teams.
- Analyze transaction documents such as stock purchase, credit, subscription, and merger agreements to operationalize investments.
- Track covenants, restrictions, securities, and position changes throughout investment lifecycle events.
- Review and resolve cash, position, and security master reconciliation discrepancies to maintain accurate daily investment records.
- Improve processes, controls, workflows, systems, communications, and reporting for private funds and new asset classes.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of private equity, real estate, evergreen, and secondary investments.
- Experience reviewing private investment legal documents, tracking restrictions, managing corporate actions, and supporting trade execution and settlement.
- Strong understanding of private equity concepts across equity, real estate, evergreen, secondary, fund-of-funds, and PIPE investments.
- Experience with Dynamo, EDGAR, SEC.gov, IVP, Bellwether, or Geneva.
- Technical skills with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel macros, and AI for improving operational processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, presentation, and prioritization skills.
