Location: Design and Service Center, Monmouth Mall, Eatontown, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $17.00–$24.00 per hour, determined by experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Restore jewelry and perform custom jewelry repairs according to quality standards.
• Repair chains, clasps, prongs, rings, channels, and platinum settings.
• Set stones, create stone mountings, and complete fabrication, casting, and wax carving.
• Design and create custom jewelry, including CAD/CAM work.
• Deliver a customer-first service experience focused on quality and detail.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of bench jeweler or relevant skilled-trade experience working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler skill level.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic computer skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time availability for a 40-hour work week plus seasonal overtime.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD/CAM design, custom jewelry creation, casting, or platinum rebuilding.
