What you will do
- Lead WFRV, a CBS affiliate, and its digital, mobile, and social assets.
- Direct broadcast operational teams across sales, news, programming, and other station departments.
- Develop locally originated content for OTT, linear television, web, and social platforms.
- Drive audience engagement, reach, programming performance, operational efficiency, and local revenue growth.
- Build long-term relationships with station clients, community leaders, and local organizations.
- Promote teamwork and thoughtful community involvement across station operations.
Requirements
- At least five years of general management experience at a commercial broadcast television station with digital assets.
- Proven experience managing high-performing sales and news teams.
- Strong understanding of advanced digital advertising solutions and new business development.
- Strategic vision, focused execution, and operational leadership experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and staff members.
- Ability to work onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
