What you will do
- Develop and maintain data feeds for employee profiles, communication surveillance, and trading activity.
- Maintain compliance alerts that support escalation, auditability, and regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to a compliance restrictions system that enables firmwide trading.
- Standardize trade and order data across trading systems and support data enrichment and integrations.
- Work with senior developers and Compliance stakeholders to translate policies and regulatory rules into technical workflows and controls.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience, including committing code to production.
- Professional proficiency in Python.
- Strong foundation in React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Git, and modern development workflows.
- Experience or willingness to participate in on-call rotations for critical systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and learning skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with trading platforms and order and execution data.
- Exposure to AWS or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
