Location: Hybrid role based in Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas, or Tampa or Orlando, Florida; up to 40% remote work

What you will do
- Lead process design for advanced water and wastewater treatment projects focused on water reuse and membrane-based systems.
- Direct complex studies and investigations for advanced treatment and reuse solutions.
- Define technical tasks, supervise assigned work, and review and approve project deliverables.
- Evaluate design decisions and their impact on scope, schedule, budget, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and regulators while tracking regulations and technology developments.
- Mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff and support proposals, scopes, and technical approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including independent decision-making on engineering problems and methods.
- Advanced expertise in engineering techniques, theories, principles, and practices.
- Ability to lead technical work, supervise others, and maintain quality across complex deliverables.
Nice to have
- Experience leading advanced treatment and water reuse process design, including membrane-based systems.
- Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies on advanced treatment and reuse projects.
- Technical publications, professional organization participation, or continuing education.
- Experience as a project manager or technical leader on large, complex projects.
