What you will do
- Manage and supervise revenue processes, including sales order and contract validation, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and cash application.
- Support commercial, order management, client service, FP&A, and finance business partner teams with revenue guidance, contract interpretation, and training.
- Lead revenue-related closing activities, including accruals, provisions, fund accounting, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
- Monitor internal controls, KPI quality checks, unbilled and deferred balances, blocked revenue, and Revenue on Hand.
- Handle billing escalations and complex accounts receivable matters, including payment plans, credit memos, bankruptcy cases, and on-account cash.
- Support audits, statutory and tax accounting, and local IT or digital projects related to SAP, CRM, and revenue processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in finance.
- Experience with revenue processes and accounting, including order management, CRM, billing, collections, and cash application.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Understanding of US GAAP or International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
- Strong communication, planning, attention-to-detail, autonomy, and teamwork skills, including experience in multinational and multicultural environments.
