Repair Technician (Mining Data Center - Rockdale TX)

hirify.global operates a mining data center requiring hands-on repair of mining hardware and electronic components.

What you will do

• Work on SealMiners, Air and Hydro A2 and A3 units, and power supply units.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective customer-returned hash boards.
• Investigate equipment failures with other departments and help prevent recurring damage.
• Share repair techniques, troubleshooting tips, and best practices with teammates.
• Maintain and inspect soldering irons, heat guns, oscilloscopes, and other repair equipment.
• Read circuit diagrams, analyze wiring, and work with ICs, chips, and electronic components.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of repair experience.
• Experience soldering precision components and using oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering irons, and hot air stations.
• Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to learn advanced circuit board troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve technical challenges independently.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move for extended periods while maintaining a steady repair posture.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 15–30 pounds.

Nice to have

• IT background or technical training.
• Experience with digital and analog circuits.
• Experience using Lyra, Excel, and software testing programs.
• Interest in technology and continuous learning.
