What you will do
- Provide advanced, administrative, and confidential support to two VPs and their teams.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Arrange business travel and manage expense submissions.
- Handle calls, greet executive visitors, and coordinate external contacts diplomatically.
- Take dictations and meeting minutes, enter data accurately, and proofread materials.
- Gather data and prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience supporting VP-level executives.
- High school diploma required.
- Extensive knowledge of company operations and organizational procedures.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, handle confidential assignments, and use technical and business vocabulary.
- Ability to work outside standard hours when needed to support executives.
