What you will do
- Determine and maintain cost rates and analyze variances against standard costs.
- Analyze plant efficiency, profitability by customer and part number, and manufacturing savings.
- Support quotation costing through FACTON and provide standard-rate guidance to business unit controllers.
- Execute month-end close activities, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare three-month forecasts, annual operating plans, and variance analyses.
- Coordinate capital expenditure processes and prepare investment economic analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5+ years of cost accounting or controlling experience.
- Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting.
- Experience with forecasting and financial reporting or analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400.
