TL;DR
Command Center QA Specialist (SAP/PRiME/WMS): Providing multi-site QA governance by monitoring quality KPIs, release health signals, holds, aging risks, documentation gaps, and environmental alerts with an accent on risk anticipation and decision support. Focus on validating dashboards, governing Positive Release and RFT routines, managing hold/release workflows, and supporting root-cause follow-up across the quality network.
Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; onsite role with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
Salary: $54,100–$67,600 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do
- Provide multi-site oversight of QA KPIs, release health signals, holds, aging status, and exception trends.
- Monitor leading indicators such as release outage precursors, RFT shifts, aging or expiry risks, and documentation gaps.
- Prepare decision-ready updates covering changes, risks, impacts, and recommended next steps.
- Validate dashboard accuracy and govern Positive Release and RFT routines.
- Manage hold, release, and age-control workflows in PRiME and SAP, maintaining traceability through disposition support.
- Monitor temperature and humidity alerts, classify quality incidents, escalate issues, and support root-cause and gap-analysis activities.
Requirements
- Ability to interpret QA metrics and alerts, identify exceptions, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across dashboards and multiple digital systems.
- Strong documentation discipline, prioritization skills, and ability to follow standard work and escalation paths.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with SAP and a warehouse management system, preferably PRiME.
- Experience with holds, release, age-control governance, or other regulated QA workflows.
- Familiarity with IWS, PDCA, LE, and basic root-cause analysis.
