Company
Corporation is hiring for a supply chain internship within its Customer Service team.
What you will do
- Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Validate customer information and enter new or updated records in the system.
- Generate and analyze customer data reports for internal use.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure data management activities follow company policies and regulations.
- Document data management processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade and Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Basic project management skills.
