Contract Negotiator (FSP) - Bulgarian Speaker (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Develop investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal text.
• Draft contract language, payment terms, and budget templates for clinical trial site agreements.
• Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials in line with project plans and sponsor requirements.
• Collaborate with sponsors, study stakeholders, and regional and country teams to deliver the agreed project scope.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting support during clinical trial development, initiation, and maintenance.
• Track contracting efficiency, timelines, financial goals, performance metrics, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of relevant sponsor, CRO, or clinical site contracting experience.
• Good negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to challenge constructively.
• Strong legal, financial, or technical writing skills.
• Understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment, drug development, and clinical trial contract management.
• Fluent English and Bulgarian required.
