Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; onsite position
Salary: $32.06–$47.38 per hour

What you will do
- Support teams across multiple divisions in improving process quality and operational performance.
- Facilitate disciplined problem-solving, corrective actions, and solution brainstorming with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data, identify trends, align KPIs, and support data-driven business decisions.
- Communicate problem-solving status, action plans, and progress to stakeholders.
- Encourage employee participation in problem-solving activities and promote SEL Quality Tools.
- Support business initiatives and operational objectives.
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or data analytics.
- Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Experience facilitating onsite external assessments, internal auditing, or working in an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory or ISO 9001 quality program.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SEL products and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with SEL Problem Solving Applications.
- ASQ Certified Process Analyst or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
