NIV Paralegal 3 (Business Immigration)

hirify.global is a law firm with a large Business Immigration practice serving employers seeking temporary business visas and permanent residence for foreign national employees.

What you will do

• Prepare and file NIV and IV petitions under attorney supervision.
• Compile and analyze case facts for employment-based immigration matters.
• Draft correspondence and maintain organized client documentation.
• Communicate directly with multiple attorneys and support case progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• At least 5 years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of the NIV process, including H-1B, L-1, and TN cases.
• Knowledge of IV processing, including I-140 and I-485 petitions.
• Strong writing, attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and independent-working skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
