Production Operator - 1st Shift (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite, 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Salary: $37,938–$59,967 per year, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium for eligible alternative shifts.

What you will do

• Read and follow shop travelers, manufacturing work orders, customer specifications, and process instructions.
• Set up and operate printing and automated equipment, small hand tools, and other production machinery.
• Inspect products for quality, record defects and quality data, and escalate production or engineering issues.
• Enter product information accurately in shop orders and computer applications.
• Prepare materials and production areas while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Cross-train on additional operations and equipment within the department.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in San Diego, California.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English manufacturing instructions and technical documentation.
• General computer skills, including electronic record updates, data entry, and email.
• Ability to sit or stand throughout the shift and independently push, pull, or lift 10–50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends when necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
