US Neurology and Immunology Asset/Indication Lead (HEOR)

What you will do

• Design and execute HEOR research, including economic modeling, database analysis, observational research, systematic literature reviews, evidence synthesis, clinical-trial post hoc analyses, and AMCP dossiers.
• Execute US HEVA tactics for neurology and immunology portfolios, supporting commercial objectives, market access, and launch readiness.
• Translate target value propositions and US market access strategies into evidence hypotheses, requirements, and generation plans.
• Partner with US Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Policy, commercial, and clinical development teams to deliver evidence for value frameworks, PDAB and ICER responses, and value-based contracting.
• Align with Global HEVA teams and communicate health economics recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Represent hirify.global at scientific conferences, collaborate with research partners and key opinion leaders, and manage the US HEVA budget and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States.
• At least 3 years of experience in HEOR, real-world evidence, or a related pharmaceutical or biotechnology field; candidates with 5+ years in a CRO or non-clinical research setting may also be considered.
• Advanced degree such as PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD in a scientific discipline.
• Demonstrated experience applying HEOR methods and understanding evidence-based medicine and clinical research.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare and payer systems, pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and ethics.
• Fluent English required in written and spoken communication.

• Experience in neurology or immunology.
• Experience with ICER reviews and HTA submissions.
• Proficiency with HEOR digital tools, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Peer-reviewed journal publications.
