Performance Fitter - Augusta/Aiken/Greenwood Areas (Golf)

Location: Field-based role in the US, serving the Augusta, Aiken, and Greenwood areas. Frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories, events, and trade shows is required.

Salary: $16.50–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience from setup through event close.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, and other event equipment according to product-fitting protocols.
• Conduct customer fittings using launch monitors, the Odyssey Fits Tool, and other provided tools.
• Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of hirify.global and Odyssey products.
• Provide personalized product specifications and apply appropriate selling techniques.
• Communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned with the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, verbal, written communication, leadership, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, fitting concepts, and the full Callaway product line.
• Valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, or launch-monitor experience.
• One year of retail or golf shop selling experience.
• Understanding of green-grass or off-course golf retail.
• Geographic knowledge of the assigned territory.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
