Certified Public Accountant (E-commerce)

Location: Permanent work from home; Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM Central Standard Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break.

What you will do

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Process payroll for a large workforce, particularly in warehouse and logistics settings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end close activities.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures and contribute to the financial management of potential acquisitions.

Requirements

• CPA certification and proven accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with advanced accounting software and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing payroll for large workforces.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a financial analyst and optimize financial processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce accounting.
• Familiarity with financial trends in the e-commerce and logistics industries.
