Senior Production Manager (IB) (Warehouse Operations)

Location: On-site in Hialeah, Florida, United States. The role requires work across the distribution facility, including production floors, racking systems, and cold storage zones, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily and strategic warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory control, labor planning, safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Manage, coach, and develop warehouse management staff and frontline leaders, including succession planning and team growth.
• Track operational KPIs such as on-time shipping, productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety incidents.
• Conduct operational reviews and coordinate pre-shift planning, mid-shift adjustments, and post-shift evaluations.
• Partner with Transportation, Inventory, Safety, Finance, and Human Resources to solve problems and align site strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous-improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies while ensuring OSHA, food-safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience, including 3+ years managing leaders or teams.
• Strong end-to-end distribution knowledge and experience operating in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, analytics, inventory control, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma practices and strong communication, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, access all facility areas, and work in ambient, refrigerated, and frozen conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food, grocery, or consumer goods industry.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
